The opening of Slate Hallandale Beach celebrated on September 14, presented its newly completed 26-story luxury rental community with 250 modern residences and 20,000 square feet of resort-style amenities.

The event, set in Slate's indoor club room and lobby, was decorated with cotton candy pink skies and 150 guests, many of which are Slate residents, South Florida’s top-producing luxury real estate agents, and members of the press.

The property’s chic units and enormous penthouses overlook the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and the Miami skyline. The event, set in Slate's indoor club room and lobby, was decorated with cotton candy pink skies and 150 guests, many of which are Slate residents and members of the press.

PPG Development CEO Ari Pearl, developer of the project, was joined by South Florida architect Kobi Karp, Michael Neuman of BH3 Management, and other creatives who helped with the design of the grand building.
