Since joining PPG Development in 2019, Miriam has led the financing, underwriting and structuring of the firm's real estate activities as well as playing a key role in the firms day to day management. Miriam is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the real estate and financial services industries.
Prior to joining PPG Development, Miriam spent three years overseeing the acquisition and repositioning of a family real estate portfolio in NY. Miriam started her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers where she spent over seven years in tax and management consulting services. Miriam is a licensed CPA in NY with B.S. and M.S. degrees in accounting from Yeshiva University.
As the Senior VP of Construction at PPG since 2019, Aaron Imhoff brings passion, experience, and a results-driven attitude to all aspects of the design process, ensuring a high level of quality and professionalism from the opening bid through the course of construction. A native of Michigan, Aaron spent the last two decades building residential, hospitality, and commercial developments around the Sunshine State as the Senior Project Manager for Plaza Construction. He holds a Masters in Construction Management from Florida International University and is a LEED-accredited professional.
With over twenty years of expertise in the management, redesign, and development of premier golf courses and resorts around the world, Mr. Rissman has been instrumental in bringing our current golf projects to fruition. His role at PPG is to oversee every stage of the golf course and clubhouse redevelopment. Furthermore, his contributions to golf projects include pioneering innovative course renovations, optimizing turf management techniques, and championing sustainable practices that enhance player experience and ecological balance.
Mr. Reissman is a proud alumnus of Concordia University with a degree in Economics and Anthropology. Mr. Rissman has seamlessly integrated his academic background into the nuanced realm of golf course planning, ensuring courses not only meet industry standards but also resonate with the local culture and environment.
As General Counsel for PPG Development since 2022, Jessica is responsible for overseeing the Firm's legal affairs including the full cycle of real estate transactions, from the creation of the entity through acquisition, governmental approvals including land use planning and zoning, financing, permitting, construction and disposition. In addition to her legal experience, Jessica is a Certified Building Contractor, in which capacity she leads one of our newest projects, Bay Harbor Towers as project manager.
Jessica earned her BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and her J.D. from New York Law School. She is licensed to practice law in both Florida and New York and brings to PPG a profound understanding of real estate law. Prior to joining PPG, she represented a broad range of clients in connection with the structuring, development, ownership and financing of real estate projects as well as condominium structuring and offerings while serving in the Real Estate group at Becker & Poliakoff.
Ted Matalon joined PPG in 2020 as a key member of our development team, responsible for coordinating project delivery throughout the construction lifecycle. With extensive experience in hospitality, retail, and commercial development, Ted leverages his knowledge to ensure the successful completion of each project.
Before joining PPG, Ted served as Director of Development at Jordache Enterprises, where he was responsible for overseeing the development of high-end hotels, including The Villa Casa Casuarina at the former Versace Mansion and The Setai in Miami Beach.
Ted graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Economics, and his exceptional leadership skills and dedication to achieving project goals make him an invaluable asset to our team.
Andrew Pearl manages PPG Development’s social media and public relations, always keeping an eye on the horizon and leveraging his expertise and keen insight to help expand the PPG brand. Andrew began his career at New York-based venture capital firm Strada Holdings, and now splits his time between pursuing a degree in Business Management from Touro College and planning and developing PPG projects in Hallandale and Hollywood.
Asher Wrona, a New York City native, with experience in navigating real estate transactions. He previously completed short sales for multifamily projects in Brooklyn, NY before joining PPG Development as a Project Manager in 2021. Asher's primary responsibilities at PPG Development include oversight of high-end residential projects, The Altair and Slate Residence, coordinating budgets, and ensuring timely project completion. Additionally, he assists with asset management on an as needed basis. He works closely with vendors and contractors to identify cost savings to ensure that each project is completed to the highest quality standards through meticulous oversight.
